Terms and Conditions

  1. AnggyA is the brand name owned by company PT Anggya Indonesia.
  2. Sales of product is done on our online shop www.anggya.com
  3. All prices displayed on the website are Indonesia Rupiah (IDR). All prices are item prices. Prices do not include shipping costs.
  4. When the customer submits an order via website, the purchase will be automatically acknowledged by our system by email, with information on order details and method of payment.
  5. As soon as the order is confirmed, price specified by the ordered product is fixed.
  6. Order will be processed as soon as payment is made by Customer and acknowledged by us.
  7. Confirmed order is shipped within 0-2 working day after payment is cleared.
  8. We use delivery by JNE to any place in Indonesia. In case of return delivery due to Customer not receiving the item within 2 weeks, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by Customer. For other countries, we use Pos Indonesia EMS (express Mail Services).
  9. In case of product not in stock but purchased due to system error, we will inform customer by email or phone. Customer has right to cancel order or wait for restock (if any).
  10. Anggya reserves the right to change prices of products, to remove items and to hold a temporary promotion.
  11. Customer has the right of withdrawal product within 7 days from the date of delivery without any reason, given that product has not yet been used and has not been washed. Costs of returning the goods to the seller are not refundable. We will advise you the address to send the item if this happens.
  12. User of woven wraps/Batik slings holds full responsibility for the safety of the worn child. Anggya is not responsible for potential incident in consequence of improper use of the carrier.
